HOW I DEAL WITH ACNE BREAKOUTS THE NATURAL WAY.

Hello lovely people,,,, loooong time no blog.

Every woman experiences breakouts at some point in their lives. This can turn out to be very challenging and depressing when they keep re-occurring after trying everything possible.
I know, the feeling.... we all want that soft and smooth doll face but acne won't let us prosper(sigh). Below are a few steps I thought I'd share with you:
1. AVOID STRESS
Control your stress levels consistently and also through out the month so as to prevent PMS acne breakouts. You can achieve this via massage, taking a walk, meditating, having green tea and relaxing(clear your head).
Have a regular exercise routine for some positive, feel-good vibes.
Remember, it's never that serious. Let go and let God take control.
2. DRINK WATER
And lots of it for that matter. This has really helped me clear my face alooot. It helps in flushing away toxins from your body, keeps you hydrated and the best part is that it has no side effects.
3. EAT RIGHT
Try and become a clean freak. Avoid junk foods at all costs. Eat a balanced diet rich in fruits and veges. Avoid fatty foods and instead opt for the green leafy vegetables. Result, a healthy body and a soft , smooth face.
